PBT – Progressing Ballet Technique classes in Utrecht

Progressing Ballet Technique is a teaching program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon. Not only for dancers, this lesson is for everyone who wants to train their muscle memory. Here you work on a correct and better posture and balance.

Like Pilates, the fit ball is part of the training. You constantly move with the ball. You train all your muscle groups in different exercises! All exercises have been carefully developed by a team of physiotherapists.
