Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, elongate the spine, and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance.
Modification is the key to Pilates exercise success with a variety of populations, exercises can be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level according to the practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations.

Groups are small (7-8 clients) so we can give personal attention and make adaptations according to your level or needs. If you are reasonably healthy, don’t have serious injuries and want to start changing your body, you are welcome to join this class
Given on the mat or on the reformer: A 1 to 1 session focused on your body, paying full attention to your technique and skills to progress effectively. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery I kindly advise you to start with private classes.
Pilates machine classes (Reformer/Tower)
This lesson goes beyond the Pilates mat class, but is also open to beginners. We train mostly in a neutral position and work on increasing the strength of the core, but also build strength in the arms and legs. And highly targeted and personalized workout , you feel stronger than ever !. Lessons in groups of a maximum of 5 to 6 clients.
