Do-In yoga

Become more physically fit, agile and strong while you calm your mind with this active form of Japanese yoga. This branch of yoga increases your body awareness and works to improve your posture. In this class, we will follow a selection of movements and stretches, so that your energy starts to flow through the body (again). Do-In Yoga unites Yoga, martial arts, Shiatsu and Zen, and is based on the philosophy of Taoism and the teachings of traditional Eastern medicine.

Iyengar yoga (private of duet sessions)

Iyengar yoga was developed by B.K.S. Iyengar. He is considered one of the most gifted and charismatic yoga teachers of our time.

It is an active form of yoga in which your body is challenged to achieve perfection in all positions. The emphasis is on precision and balance, and at the same time full of energy and relaxation.

Students of all levels are welcome to experience
